Chocolate Pot - Metal and Wood

This is a very sleek, hot chocolate pot. It is in excellent vintage condition. The wooden handles are in excellent condition.

This chocolate pot measures 9" wide x 9 1/4" high x 5" deep. There is a hallmark on the bottom which appears to be a horizontal line over a W and then a vertical line below. It is also marked as Made In Italy.

    questions: is it stainless steel? what is the volume (how much does it hold,) is the handle detachable for storage?
