Metal Roller Skates - Union Hardware

This is a well-worn pair of vintage, metal roller skates. They are marked "MFD BY UNION HARDWARE COMPANY, Torrington, Conn, U.S.A." They still have their leather straps but are rather worn.

I found these at a Farm Estate Sale. They are in need of a good cleaning but the wheels roll freely. I have not tried to make any adjustments so I don't know if they can be adjusted. Key is not included.

Vintage Embroidered Baby Bib with Hen and Chicks

I found this darling bib at a Farm Estate Sale which made the embroidered hen and chicks a very appropriate design. The embroidered image is of a mother hen protecting her chicks from the spills coming from the baby's meal. The bib has been used with some staining.

Tin Litho Noisemakers - Blue Set

This is a set of vintage, litho-printed, tin party noisemakers. The set includes one tin tambourine, one tin bell shaker and one tin shaker.

The tambourine measures 7" wide x 1 3/8" deep. It is marked "Kirchof Newark, N.J. Made in U.S.A." and "Life of the Party Products" This tambourine features an image of several couples dancing in various costumes. The colors are bright and the entire piece is in good vintage condition. There is some faint writing on the backside.

The tin bell shaker has a green plastic handle and is marked "U.S. Metal Toy Mfg. Co" and "Made in U.S.A." It features images of people dancing, musicians, party lanterns and bubbles. It is in nice vintage condition with minimum wear and scratching.

The tin shaker has a red wooden handle and is marked "Kirchof Newark, N.J.. Made in U.S.A." and "Kirchof 'Life of the Party' Products". It features five clowns. The shaker measures 3" wide x 3 3/4" tall. The colors are bright with virtually no wear or scratching.

Vintage Lux "Apollo" Working Alarm Clock

Vintage Apollo working Alarm Clock in good vintage condition. I tested the wind-up clock once and it keeps good time but I have not tried the alarm.

It is marked "The Lux Clock Mfg Co. Inc., Lebanon, Tenn U.S.A." Clock measures 4 1/2" wide at the bottom x 4 1/8" tall x 1 3/4" deep (not counting the winding arms).

This is a sweet, scallop-edge hankie covered in pink roses and cherubs. So delicate and charming, in fine, vintage condition.

Set of 3, Vintage Floral Hankies

This is a set of three vintage, printed floral hankies. The first one has a bright, cheery bouquet of flowers in the center with a warm brown border. This one measures 12 1/2" wide x 13" long. It is in excellent vintage condition.

The second hankie has white roses in the center with brown and tan poppies and daisies in the corner on a field of forest green. This one measures 11" wide x 11 1/2" long. It is in excellent vintage condition.

The third vintage hankie has a yellow center surrounded by an intricate pattern highlighted with pink poppies. This one measures 12" wide x 12 1/4" long. This hankie has some small stains and a separated seam in the turned hem in one corner, see photos.

This is a dainty, scallop-edged hankie with embroidered white and pink daisies and rosebuds. This hankie is sweet and delicate. It is in near perfect, vintage condition. This measures 10" wide x 10 3/4" long.

Vintage, Embroidered Hankie

This is a lovely, vintage, embroidered hankie. There is a teal piece appliqued on each corner and the flowers are very delicately embroidered in pink, blue, orange and green. This is in near perfect, vintage condition. This measures 9 1/4" wide x 9 1/2" long.

Chocolate Pot - Metal and Wood

This is a very sleek, hot chocolate pot. It is in excellent vintage condition. The wooden handles are in excellent condition.

This chocolate pot measures 9" wide x 9 1/4" high x 5" deep. There is a hallmark on the bottom which appears to be a horizontal line over a W and then a vertical line below. It is also marked as Made In Italy.

Green Aluminum Norben Ware Pitcher

This is a charming, vintage, aluminum pitcher by Norben Ware. The citrus green color and shape make this rather unique. It is approximately 7 1/4" wide x 7 1/2" high x 5 1/4" deep. It has standard scuffing and some chipping on the inside.

Ceramic Flower Teapot with Bird

This adorable decorative ceramic teapot measures 6 1/4" wide x 4" high x 3 7/8" deep. There are no chips or cracks. The color is a deep periwinkle blue. On the lid of the teapot sits a small bird.

Ceramic Child's Divided Dish

This is a vintage, buttery yellow, ceramic divided child's dish in good used condition. It is 7 3/4" wide.

In the top left divided section is an image of a little girl sitting on a pillow while sewing. There is a tiny chip along the edge.

In the top right section there are two adorable pigs eating from a trough.

In the main section of the dish are a cute little boy and girl. The boy is leaning on a red gate and appears to be courting the girl. Beneath the image there is a poem that is partially worn off. The poem reads : Curly locks, Curly locks, Wilt thou be mine? Thou shalt not wash dishes, Nor yet feed the swine."

Wooden Beaded Purse with Ladybug - Child's size

This is a sweet vintage, child-size purse made from teal, yellow and blue wooden beads. The bag measures 5" wide by 4 1/4" high (not counting the handle). With the handle, the bag hangs a total of 9 1/2".

On the front of this purse is a cute wooden ladybug with two tiny wire antennae. The beads show some normal wear for a vintage piece.

Embroidered "Gardener" Tea Towel

This large, vintage tea towel is embroidered with a sweet teddy bear trimming his lawn. Below him is the word "Gardener". The towel measures 34 1/2" wide by 32" long. The towel is a creamy white cotton fabric. The fabric must have originally been a sugar sack because I can barely make out the words "California", "Sugar" and "San Francisco" beneath the red outline of a building with the word "Granulated" lightly printed on the back of the towel.

This tea towel appears to have never been used. It is a lovely piece of California history.
